¶ 1. A Scott County jury found Anita White guilty of the sale of cocaine in violation of Miss.Code Ann. § 41-29-139(a)(1) (1972). The Honorable Marcus D. Gordon sentenced her to 15 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections and fined her $5,000.
