¶ 1 Appellants, Schuylkill Navy, a Pennsylvania Corporation, Edward Lucas, F.C. Graham, Michael Bowers, Joseph Sweeney, and Thomas Dowd ("Appellants") have asked us to determine whether the trial court erred in sustaining Appellees' preliminary objections to Appellants' amended complaint and dismissing the complaint with prejudice.
