Janice and Lenus Nielson (the Nielsons) assert that the district court erred in limiting their participation in the property settlement negotiations between Russell J. Thompson and Karen E. Thompson (the Thompsons) in the Thompsons' divorce proceeding. The Nielsons are judgment creditors of Russell J. Thompson, and the district court permitted them to intervene in the divorce case.
