PER CURIAM:

On the evening of January 13, 1994, appellant Thomas Edward Schlafer (Schlafer) stopped for a red light at the intersection of Rancho Drive and Highway U.S. 95 in Las Vegas. A red Ford Explorer, driven by Melynda Aulicino (Aulicino), stopped for the red light in the lane adjacent to Schlafer's.
