In this appeal, we consider the provisions of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act that relate to the modification and enforcement of a child support order after both parties and the children have left the issuing state. Although we do not agree with all of the reasoning of the Delaware Family Court, we find that a Minnesota Court did not lose jurisdiction in 1995 to enforce its 1983 Child Support...
