PER CURIAM.

In March 1995, appellant Charles Manley shot Roxanne Logan in the back of the head, killing her. Appellant claimed the shooting was an accident. The jury convicted appellant of one count each of first degree murder with the use of a deadly weapon, robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm by an ex-felon. At the subsequent penalty hearing, the jury found that five aggravating circumstances outweighed four...
