Appellant Phanta Daramy pled guilty to one count of distribution of marijuana, D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(2)(D) (1998 Repl.), and one count of possession of marijuana, D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(2)(D). Daramy appeals the trial court's denial of her motion to vacate her convictions, contending that the trial court erred in that it gave her an inadequate warning of the potential consequences of a conviction...
