Linzzie Van (Movant) pleaded guilty to robbery in the first degree. Section 569.020, RSMo 1994. He was sentenced to twenty years' imprisonment. Movant filed a pro se Rule 24.035 motion for postconviction relief which was later amended by appointed counsel.
