This appeal arises out of a December 2, 1992 action to partition by licitation two separate, but adjacent, tracts of land on sections 13 and 18 in Evangeline Parish. Suit was instituted on behalf of the Succession of Eldellar Duplissey Ratcliff, Robert L. Raborn1, Sherrill W. Raborn and Timothy R. Raborn.
