("Wabash Trace"), appeals from a grant of summary judgment entered on March 27, 1998, quieting title to a 100-foot strip and two 50-foot strips of land in favor of Plaintiff-Respondents, Danny Moore and E.R. Hutcheson, respectively. Wabash Trace claims the trial court erred in granting summary judgment against it because it obtained title through a quitclaim deed...
