Appellant Jeremiah Williams contends the district court unlawfully conditioned his misdemeanant probation on requirements to abstain from alcohol and drugs and to get alcohol treatment. We hold that conditions of misdemeanant probation are not subject to the Sentencing Reform Act's requirement that the terms of community supervision be crime related. Imposing alcohol and drug conditions does not violate statutes...
