¶ 1 Rhonda Crook appeals from a district court order denying her motion for summary judgment and granting Utah Farm Bureau Insurance Co.'s motion for summary judgment. Farm Bureau insured Clinton and Rhonda Crook's mobile home under a homeowner policy (the "Policy"). On July 13, 1995, the couple drank at a local bar.
