CARAWAY, J.

A jury convicted Joseph Michael Prince of aggravated incest, a violation of La. R.S. 14:78.1. The trial court then sentenced Prince to 15 years imprisonment at hard labor and denied a timely filed motion to reconsider the sentence. On appeal, the defendant urges that the evidence was insufficient to sustain his conviction and that the sentence imposed was excessive.
