BõWing Office Systems, Inc., formerly doing business as Jay Johnson Business Products, Inc. (hereinafter "BõWing"), appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of James C. Johnson, Sr., in a declaratory action to construe a lease. We reverse and remand.
