[¶ 1] Breauna's mother and her grandfather appeal from an order entered by the District Court (Portland, Bradley, J.) terminating the mother's parental rights pursuant to 22 M.R.S.A. §§ 4055(B)(2)(a), 4055(B)(2)(b)(i), and 4055(B)(2)(b)(ii) (1992 & Supp.1998).
