In this case we interpret the Declaration of Condominium of the Gulf Shores Condominium complex and its Bylaws to determine whether the Gulf Shores Council of Co-Owners, Inc., could levy fees upon condominium unit owners who rented their units outside a rent pool and whether it could prohibit owners from using outside leasing agents to manage their units.
