Appellant Paul Lovell appeals from a judgment in favor of appellee James Beavers following a jury trial on the issue of damages. Lovell raises one point on appeal—that the trial court abused its discretion in excluding medical records from evidence that should have been admitted under Arkansas law and our Rules of Evidence. We affirm the ruling of the trial court.
