PER CURIAM.

John-John Murphy, Movant, was convicted in St. Charles County Circuit Court of first degree robbery, Section 569.020, RSMo 1986, and armed criminal action, Section 571.015, RSMo 1986. Following his conviction, Movant also filed a Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief, which was denied. On July 8, 1997, Movant's conviction and the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion were affirmed on appeal in State v. Murphy,
