Plaintiff appeals from a judgment awarding him $1,650 in attorney fees after petitioning for fees of $4,665 as the prevailing party in court-mandated arbitration. His sole assignment of error is that the trial court failed to award him the attorney fees prayed for pursuant to ORCP 68 C(4)(a) and ORS 20.080.
