BROWN, J.

Defendant, Clen Rollins, was charged by bill of information with eight counts of Medicaid fraud. After a lengthy and hotly disputed trial, a jury found defendant guilty on six counts and acquitted him of the other two counts. Defendant was sentenced to two years at hard labor on each of the six counts, with the first three sentences to be served consecutively and the second three to be served concurrently.
