(Thomas) and Gibson Container, Inc.(Gibson) in the Lee County Chancery Court in 1991, claiming that the defendants owed ad valorem taxes. After a trial the chancery court found that Thomas and Gibson owed $246,078.78 in ad valorem taxes to Lee County and entered judgment...
