When this case began, it was about plaintiff's right to receive money from defendant. Despite the public policy arguments advanced by plaintiff to fortify its position, that has not changed. Because plaintiff has received every cent of the money to which it claimed a legal entitlement, the matter is moot. For that reason, we vacate the trial court's order granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, and...
