Defendant Donna Jackson appeals from a judgment awarding the proceeds of an accidental death group life insurance policy to plaintiff Rene Jackson as conservator for the benefit of plaintiff's minor children.1 The policy insured the life of defendant's son, Harley Jackson, who was formerly married to plaintiff and was the father of her children.
