WOMACK, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which McCORMICK, P.J., and MANSFIELD, KELLER, HOLLAND, and KEASLER, JJ., joined.

The issue is whether Antonio Manrique has been punished twice for the same offense. We hold as a matter of state law that he has not.
