The instant suit was filed by Randa B. Hall Tanner to recover damages for alleged sexual harassment that she endured while an employee at Reynolds Metals Company ("Reynolds"). Reynolds filed a motion for summary judgment asserting that it was not responsible for any alleged conduct by its employee, Carl Anderson.
