Annie Ruth Jackson filed an action seeking to have a power of attorney executed by Bloise Oden in favor of his granddaughter, Theresa Morris, set aside. In that action, Jackson alleged that Bloise Oden was incompetent at the time he signed the power of attorney and that Morris had exercised undue influence over him.
