GRANT, Judge.

¶ 1 Patricia K. Davis ("Wife") appeals from a judgment and decree of dissolution of marriage. Her main argument is that the trial court erred by resolving the disputed issues between the parties based solely on testimony and other evidence that had been submitted at a trial conducted by another judge.
