[¶ 1] Thornton D. Ring appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Calkins J.) in favor of the Town of Freeport. The judgment is based on the court's conclusion that the Town holds title in fee simple absolute to Ring's Main Street property following the automatic foreclosure of a 1995 real estate tax lien.
