¶ 1 Daniel Tainan appeals from the May 17, 1994 judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. We affirm.

¶ 2 Tainan was arrested on charges that he repeatedly raped and molested the twelve-year-old niece of his girlfriend. On November 1, 1993, at a hearing before the Honorable Ricardo C.
