This litigation arises out of Plaintiff Héctor Medina Sanchez' ("Medina") termination from his job as Store Manager by Defendant Western Auto of Puerto Rico ("Western Auto"). Medina alleges that he was terminated on the basis of disability, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 12101 et seq. (West 1995) ("ADA").
