OPINION

RUCKER, Judge.

Upon a complaint for declaratory judgment Appellant Sheila D. Fawcett sought to render invalid portions of a divorce decree granting Exna W. Gooch the right to visit Fawcett's unemancipated adult son. On cross motions for summary judgment the trial court ruled in Exna's favor. Fawcett now appeals contending the trial court erred in so doing because she never received notice nor had an opportunity...
