Shapero appeals from a judgment entered in the Penobscot County Probate Court (Woodcock J.) dismissing his claim against the estate of Abraham Shapiro for failure to file necessary documents in a timely manner. Shapero assigns multiple errors to the decision of the Probate Court, and the personal representative cross-appeals from certain evidentiary rulings of the court.
