Plaintiff John Calvin Connor (John) sued Defendant Carol Bruce (Carol) after he gave her a deed to his house on Highway 63 in West Plains, Missouri, and after she retained some of his personal property. John tried his case based on a five-count petition. Count I alleged fraud in the inducement of granting the deed to Carol. Count II requested the deed be set aside for undue influence.
