This appeal arises out of the trial court's sanctioning of The United Group of National Distributors, Inc. ("The United Group") following the clerk of court's improper issuance of a subpoena duces tecum on behalf of The United Group to Mack Barham and the law firm of Barham and Arceneaux (collectively referred to as "Barham and Arceneaux"). The United Group also filed a motion for sanctions against Barham and Arceneaux which was denied by the trial court...
