Pursuant to a plea agreement, appellant entered a plea of guilty to the offense of intoxication assault. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 49.07 (West 1994). In accordance with the plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at five years probated, a $1,000 fine, twenty days in jail as a condition of probation, 300 hours of community service and restitution to the victim in the amount of $30,044.91.
