This appeal arises from the trial court's awarding custody of Joshua Lynn Roberie, age 17, to his father, Ricky Lynn Roberie ("Mr. Roberie"), and awarding custody of Gabriel Pierce Roberie, age 15, to his mother, Lou Anna Roberie (now Graham) ("Ms. Roberie-Graham"). Mr. Roberie appeals. For the reasons stated herein, the judgment of the trial court awarding custody of Gabriel to Ms. Roberie-Graham is reversed; Mr. Roberie shall be the primary domiciliary...
