In this action to establish ownership through adverse possession of eighteen acres of land not described in their deed, the plaintiffs, Maggie Ewald and Philip Ewald, Jr., appeal a judgment in favor of the defendants, James and Mary Jane Hubbard. The trial court found that the evidence did not establish the plaintiffs' continuous possession as owners of the disputed 18-acre tract and that plaintiffs did not have a legal claim to possession or ownership...
