[¶ 1] Defendant David York appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in the Superior Court (Sagadahoc County, Delahanty, J.) on a jury verdict finding him guilty of disorderly conduct in violation of 17-A M.R.S.A. § 501 (1983 & Supp. 1998).
