¶ 1. Darius Vaxter was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, in violation of Miss.Code Ann. § 41-29-139(a)(1) (Rev.1993). He was sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Aggrieved by his conviction and sentence, Vaxter appeals and argues three points of error.
