¶ 1. Darius Vaxter was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, in violation of Miss.Code Ann. § 41-29-139(a)(1) (Rev.1993). He was sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Aggrieved by his conviction and sentence, Vaxter appeals and argues three points of error. This Court quotes these alleged errors verbatim:
