[¶ 1] Defendants Ronald Drake and Walter Hartford appeal from judgments entered in the Superior Court (Androscoggin County, Delahanty, J.) following jury verdicts finding them guilty of murder (17-A M.R.S.A. § 201(1)(A) & (B) (1983 & Supp. 1998)) and robbery (Class A) (17-A M.R.S.A. § 651(1)(D) (1983)).
