IN RE PASCACIO R.

(AC 17676)

52 Conn. App. 106 (1999)

IN RE PASCACIO R. ET AL.

Appellate Court of Connecticut.

Officially released March 2, 1999.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard V. Banks, for the appellant (respondent mother).

Jane R. Rosenberg, assistant attorney general, with whom, on the brief, were Richard Blumenthal, attorney general, and Susan T. Pearlman, assistant attorney general, for the appellee (petitioner).

Douglas J. Lewis, for the minor children.

Lavery, Schaller and Daly, JS.

Opinion

SCHALLER, J.

The respondent mother appeals from the judgments of the trial court terminating her parental rights to four of her children.1 The trial court determined by clear and convincing evidence that the children had been adjudicated neglected and that the respondent had failed to achieve the requisite degree of personal rehabilitation required by General Statutes (Rev. to 1995) § 17a-112.
