Webb Jr., pled guilty in the Pulaski County Circuit Court to aggravated assault and terroristic threatening and was placed on probation for five years and fined $500.00. On the same day, he pled guilty in the same court to possession of a controlled substance and was placed on five years' probation and fined $500.00. The order was silent on whether the terms of probation were to run consecutively...
