This is an insurance coverage dispute. Midland Risk Insurance Company (Midland) issued a policy of insurance to Daniel Lafleur (Lafleur). Keith and Charlotte Menard (the Menards) sued Lafleur and Midland in state court for Lafleur's substandard renovation work on their home.
