ORDER AMENDING PUBLISHED OPINION

The published opinion previously filed on July 9, 1999, at State v. Warren, 96 Wn.App. 306, 979 P.2d 915 (1999) is hereby amended as follows:

The last sentence in the second to the last paragraph on the last page of the opinion, which reads: "Warren should also be reinstated to the Drug Court program if it still exists...
