This appeal arises out of a workers' compensation claim that was filed by Jim McCarroll against his employer, Airport Shuttle, Inc., and its insurer, the Insurance Company for the State of Pennsylvania (hereinafter "ICSP"). ICSP subsequently filed a third party demand against Business Insurance Company (hereinafter "BICO"), alleging that BICO also issued a policy of insurance to Airport Shuttle, Inc. which provided coverage for claimant's injuries...
