Mr. Lester Smith appeals a workers' compensation judge's decision that he had forfeited his rights to workers' compensation benefits under La.R.S. 23:1208 for apparently failing to reveal his pre-existing past similar problems and injuries to his treating physician. Thus, the workers' compensation judge found that he made knowing misrepresentations of his medical condition for the purpose of securing workers' compensation benefits. We reverse and remand...
