DIAZ, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. Glenna Taylor, the claimant, appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Jackson County which affirmed the Full Commission order of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission. The Full Commission order had in turn affirmed the order of the administrative judge which dismissed Taylor's petition to controvert because she had failed "to controvert the claim within the one year statute
