In this direct appeal, the defendant-appellant, James R. Walt, Sr ., ("Walt") does not challenge the merits of his convictions for ten counts of Offensive Touching. 11 Del.C. § 601. Walt's only contention is that, at the time of sentencing, the Superior Court should not have considered him to be a perpetrator of domestic violence.
