PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a forfeiture proceeding in which the circuit court summarily denied a motion made pursuant to Ala.Code 1975, § 15-13-139, for remission of a bond forfeiture. This case was transferred to this court by the Alabama Supreme Court, pursuant to Ala.Code 1975, § 12-2-7(6). For the reasons stated below, the order appealed from is due to be reversed.
