Petitioner seeks review of a Court of Appeals' order dismissing his petition for judicial review of an order of the Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision (Board). The order, which was issued after petitioner's parole had been revoked for violating a condition of parole, denied petitioner rerelease and set a new release date some 23 years in the future.
